A postpartum doula is a support person who comes into your home to support you and your family in the early weeks following birth. As your doula I will be there as a calm, educated, and helpful presence. I am there to ensure that you're taken care of, while you care for your baby. I bring evidence-based information to help you gain the confidence you need to become the parent you want to be!
